Judy Madrigal has never forgotten her days as an employee. She now employs thousands as the owner of Northern California's premier staffing company. "My management philosophy centers around the Golden Rule. I always try to appreciate both sides of any situation and treat people as I would like to be treated," she says.
Judy started working in the contract service business in the late '70s. She learned the business from the ground level and quickly rose to Vice President. She purchased her employer's business in 1991. Since then client volume has grown exponentially.
Today JMA has over 1,000 employees at more than 350 medical, technology, legal, biotech, and other small to medium-sized businesses. Even though new human resources platforms are constantly surfacing, JMA has retained its loyal client base and continues to grow rapidly due to its stellar reputation for employee management.
